You can sign up directly at the gym during opening hours or fill in the contact form above and our team will guide you through the membership options. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
Do you offer a free trial session?
Yes! New members can book a complimentary first session with one of our certified trainers. Just get in touch via the form or call us to arrange a convenient time.
Are personal training sessions available daily?
Absolutely. Our certified trainers are available every day during gym hours. Sessions can be booked in advance by calling us or sending a message – we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred time.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Bring comfortable workout clothes, trainers/sneakers, a water bottle, and a small towel. Everything else – equipment, guidance, and energy – is on us!
Do you offer group fitness classes?

Is parking available at the gym?
Yes, free parking is available on-site along Nyali Links Road. We are also easily accessible by matatu and boda-boda from the Nyali area.
